Comprehensive hearing services in Scottsbluff, NE.
AUDIOLOGY AND HEARING SERVICES
We provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, not just a hearing test or screening. We get to the root of the problem and have all the means necessary to treat your hearing loss. We utilize more than one hearing aid manufacturer and allow you to choose which one you think would work best for you. The provider will ask you many questions about your lifestyle and guide you in your decision-making process. We put the choice in your hands with the guidance of our professionals and doctors.
Too often, people are steered towards something that gives the most benefit to the practice. Western Hearing Clinic is very different because we put the control back in the patient’s hands. Our patients enjoy a full three month period in which we will refund the hearing aid cost if the devices simply don’t work for them. We also allow our patients to take a device of their choice for a test drive. We proudly support our troops and serve our veterans. We are the only full-functioning hearing center in the panhandle. Come hear the Western Hearing Clinic difference
- Tympanometry: A diagnostic tool used to check ear pressure and function of the tympanic membrane (eardrum).
- Home Visits: With one phone call you can schedule an appointment in the comfort of your own home. Most of our equipment is mobile and can be brought to you. This is a great option for individuals who have mobility issues or someone who cannot drive or get to the clinic. Hearing tests and full hearing aid services can be done in the home.
- Specialty Hearing Protection/Musician Services: We have a full line of inexpensive hearing protection as well as hearing protection with amplification that can be custom molded to your ears. Our custom hearing protection is commonly used by police and swat teams, hunters, factory workers, and musicians.
- Balance Evaluations: Our audiologist can perform on site balance testing.
- Binaural Testing
- Live Speech Tests
Hearing consultations are an important part of getting hearing aids and maintaining your hearing. As we age and life progresses, our hearing tends to change. Getting a regular yearly hearing screening allows us to keep your prescription up to date and keep the hearing aids working the best they possibly can for you.
The Western Hearing Clinic Difference
We are the only clinic in the area with doctors in-house, so we can treat any situation. New calibrated equipment allows us to get great test results and increase our patient’s chances of treatment. As the only clinic that has doctors and highly-trained professionals, we have the knowledge and the ability to treat any hearing loss big or small. Our independence from manufacturers allows us to fit our patients with what works best for them, not because we have a contract that says we have to fit them with a specific manufacturer. The patients are not in control of their hearing and their hearing healthcare. This is the way hearing should be.
